Reservation Policies:1. Each person staying overnight must be registered on the reservation.2. Each reservation is for one RV per site.3. Every vehicle must be registered on the reservation.4. Any reservation lasting longer than 1 week will require a copy of drivers license.5. Any reservation lasting longer than 1 month will require a background check and copy of drivers license or another approved form of photo ID.6. For a full refund of your deposit you must cancel 72 hours prior to your reservation.7. All reservations are at the discretion of the park management and may end at any time for any reason.8. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot always guarantee that you will remain in the lot number originally reserved.General Park Standards:Check In: 4:00 pm Check Out: 11:00 amQuiet time is 10:00 pm 8:00 am.Speed Limit is 10 MPH.WiFi: Our system is very basic. It is adequate to check emails etc. It is not sufficient for work or streaming. Users with extensive use will be blocked. Use of wifi extenders is not allowed.Do not put rugs, mats, or tents on lawn areas. Lawns will die. Only household trash in dumpsters. Do not bury fish guts or put them in dumpsters.A site reservation is for 2 adults per site. Unregistered persons must check in at the office prior to staying overnight. There will be a 10.00 fee per person per night. Children under the age of 12 are free. No more than 2 permanent adults to a site unless approved by the office.All RVs must be in good condition; self contained.No more than one RV per site.Any RV older than 15 years must be approved by the office with a current picture if staying longer than a week.Storage of personal items outside of or under RV is not permitted. Regular outdoor items such as a grill, cooler, propane fireplace, propane tanks are okay.Your RV site must be clean and undamaged through out your stay and when you leave. Any damage caused by campers will be charged to the campers account.Guests staying on a month to month basis must log their electric meter reading upon arrival, departure, 1st of every month and report it to the office VIA email, text, phone call or in person.Any activity that requires a police response will mandate that the parties involved leave the park immediately. This includes domestic violence disputes. Everyone involved will be required to leave.No illegal drug activities allowed in the park.Please report any site problem to the office, like a leaking water hookup, or problem with the electrical box.Smoking: If you smoke please dispose of butts without littering.Sewer:All sewer hoses must have a sewer cap on the end.All sewer hoses must be free of leaks.Any sewer spill must be reported to the office immediately.
