The great Sand Dunes State Park, world class fishing, golfing, nestled among beautiful, mature Pine Pinion Trees, Mount Royale Ranch RV Park and Storage features 10 primitive sites for RV off the grid, boondocking, dispersed camping, dry camping or wild camping which are all set on 40 beautiful acres. ATV's, dirt bikes, horses and non aggressive pets are welcomed! Visitors can look forward to backpacking, hiking, historic sightseeing, horseback riding and more! Whether its to escape the loudness of the city life for a night or two a wek or the summer. We are a private ranch not open to the public. Dry RV Space's are by reservation only. RV Park Rules: 1) All pets must be approved by the owner and have proof of current licensing and vaccinations from a vet. You must keep your pets on a leash and pick up any doggy doo. 2) You can be as private or social as you like. Always respect the privacy of all of our guest. 3) NO Drugs, NO Drunk & Disorderly Conduct. 4) NO Aggressive or Threatening Behavior, or you will be politely asked to leave the property and you will forfeit any funds paid. 5) No modified busses. 6) RV's and Tiny Homes must be self contained. 7) No letting out of waste onto the ground, anyone doing so will be charged for decontamination. 8) All loud noise, music must be turned down at 10:30 P.M. 12 Midnight Friday & Sat, Sun. 10:30PM. Owner or Caretaker will be available should you require assistance, this is Family friendly RV park. Let's enjoy nature and have fun with family and friends.
