South Central Region

Near the center of the South Central Region is Alamosa, Colorado. The eastern side connects to Walsenburg at the junction of US 160 and Interstate 25 (I-25). Trinidad is in the south east corner and on the west is Del Norte. Lathrop and Trinidad State Parks provide the best camping in region, but the real highlight of the area is the Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve.
